Lotta has a well-rounded knowledge in most areas of nutrition and dietetics (please see our services list), with a particular expertise in the areas of weight management, diabetes, heart disease and gastrointestinal issues.
She’s extremely committed to the care of her patients and is very passionate about helping them achieve their diet and lifestyle goals - and knows how to motivate her patients to get there.
Lotta has worked in various settings throughout her career, such as rehabilitation hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, gastroenterology clinics, bariatric surgery clinics and in aged care.
Her passion lies in one-on-one private consulting and providing tailored and realistic advice for each individual, couple or family she works with that is suitable to their lifestyle/situation.
Lotta enjoys helping people sort the facts from fiction with the myriad of conflicting messages and food myths that we are bombarded with daily.
She’s also committed to assisting in the management and/or prevention of disease and the promotion of good health.
